For those who wish to focus on the nuances of the glass, we offer a curated selection of creative finger foods. This is not a meal, but a choreographed tasting journey a modern take on the Dalmatian marenda.
We’ve distilled the flavours of Kaštela into small, inventive bites. No heavy sauces or formal cutlery, just hand held delicacies designed to make our wines sing.
This experience is about texture, contrast, and conversation. You will be guided through a flight of our four signature labels: sparkling, white, and reds with each wine accompanied by distinct, chef driven tapas. Think of it as "Dalmatia in a bite."
We use our house made oils, regional cheeses, and preserved treasures from the sea, farm and garden presented with modern flair.

Rather than a structured pairing, this menu includes a guided wine tasting. You will be introduced to our cellar’s portfolio, allowing you to sip and discover our sparkling, white blend and red wines in a relaxed, communal atmosphere that mirrors Sunday lunch with the family.

We take the staples of our region: fresh Adriatic seafood, wild herbs, organic meats and apply modern techniques to create a sensory journey. Each course is a conversation between the kitchen and the cellar. This is a fully immersive pairing. Our sparkling wine awakens the palate, our signature white complements the delicate starters, and the journey culminates in our flagship Zinfandels, showcasing the power and grace of the Kaštela terroir.
